Children’s facility will celebrate 100th birthday
 
DENVER — Following an announcement by the National Benevolent Association that NBA and a non-profit group reached a deal to keep the NBA Tennyson Center for Children at Colorado Christian Home open, the home’s alumni and supporters will gather to celebrate its 100-year anniversary this month.
On Sept. 19, a worship service will be held at Denver’s Central Christian Church. James E. Womack, former director of development at the home, will preach.
