Bankruptcy court approves reorganization plan
SAN ANTONIO, Texas —The National Benevolent Association (NBA) Chapter 11 bankruptcy is drawing to a close.
On March 2, Judge Ronald B. King confirmed the joint reorganization plan agreed to by the non-profit and its creditors.
NBA will pay creditors $1.027 on every dollar it owes. The total payout amounts to $258.1 million.
